This class is online only via zoom. Free for Ballet with Isabella members but available for drop in prices (see website below for details)

 

Perfect for dancers looking to deepen their strength and flexibility, as well as for those new to movement who want to start the week with intention and calm. Through mindful poses and flowing sequences, we’ll cultivate balance and focus, easing into the week ahead with a sense of connection and rejuvenation. Whether you're an advanced yogi or just beginning your practice, this class will meet you where you are and support your needs.

 

This Yoga Flow is a blend of all styles and traditions of yoga, incorporating some pranayama (breath work), mantra and meditation techniques to help unify your body and mind. Even though this class is designed for dancers, non dancers are also welcome!
